MakeBioData.shop provides digital marriage biodata templates and PDF downloads. No printed biodata, courier package, or physical shipment is sent as part of the normal purchase flow.

Because the product is digital, there is no postal, courier, or doorstep delivery. Once a purchase is completed successfully, the expected fulfillment method is online access to the selected biodata download.

For paid templates, delivery happens digitally through the website after successful payment verification. In normal circumstances, you should be able to continue with the download flow and receive your biodata PDF without waiting for manual shipping.

Delivery timing can still depend on successful payment confirmation, browser state, device connectivity, and whether the download flow is completed correctly on your side.

Automatic WhatsApp delivery is not currently part of the live product flow. We may add a WhatsApp sharing or delivery feature later, but at present users should download the biodata from the website and share it manually on WhatsApp, email, or any other platform they prefer.

Since there is no physical shipment, there are no separate shipping or courier charges. Any amount you see before checkout relates to the selected digital template or product access shown in the download flow.

• Make sure the payment was completed successfully.
• Check whether the page was refreshed or closed before the download finished.
• Retry the download from the website if the product flow still shows access.
• If payment was successful but you could not receive the digital download, contact support with your payment reference and screenshots.
